Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Tatyana Ilyushnikova took part in the “Everything for Victory” forum in Tula. During the session “Supporting entrepreneurs is the most important task of the state in the current economic conditions”, issues of developing business support infrastructure were discussed. The event was attended by entrepreneurs, activists of the All-Russian Popular Front and representatives of development institutions.

According to the Deputy Minister, partnerships and joint work of all interested structures make the infrastructure for supporting small and medium-sized businesses a truly comprehensive tool.

“Today, the set of support measures has become even more convenient and effective, largely thanks to the synergy of development institutions. Now, in addition to the tools offered by the Ministry of Economic Development, entrepreneurs are taking advantage of other opportunities. For example, in 2023, 5 thousand agricultural producers opened their own businesses with the help of grants, about 500 industrial companies received preferential financing, 144 thousand small and medium-sized companies became suppliers to large corporations. Therefore, we see development in joint work, partnerships with various departments, institutions and communities,” said Tatyana Ilyushnikova.

The session included a discussion with entrepreneurs and active citizens. Issues of accelerating the certification of certain new types of products, features of supporting residents of the Far North, and the initiative to hold a business competition, which would have a separate nomination for those who directly contribute to the victory, were discussed.

“The session showed the high unity of entrepreneurs in the CBO cause. Some of them sew sleeping bags and weave nets, some construct drones, but they are all united by a high desire to help the fighters. Today there is a need to prioritize measures to support such entrepreneurs. I would like to specifically mention entrepreneurs from new regions of our country who make a significant contribution to the economy of these regions. At the session, we considered the need to simplify the licensing procedure, obtain additional tax benefits, establish a quota for government procurement for goods and services produced in new regions and other support measures,” said State Duma Deputy, member of the Committee on Small and Medium Enterprises Alexey Govyrin.
